When recruiting I ask people if they are 24/7 and people tell me yes, but I have noticed more and more that people are offline a lot and some are leveling very slowly or not at all. Moving forward we are going to raise the standards and tighten up the rules.
If you haven't leveled at all for an entire week, you may very well be kicked. If you are offline for a good portion of every day and just seem to be coming back to avoid the 96 hour limit, you may very well be kicked. If you stay online and stay in a party you should easily level every day or two at the most. I know some of our members have internet access issues at times but still manage to level up.
If your mine level is below 40 you definitely need to make raising it a priority. Moving forward with recruiting I will institute a minimum mine level for new members.
If you are looking at this post as a guest and have not joined the forum yet, you need to do so immediately. When considering whether to kick, grace may be given to people who have joined the forum and are active and friendly in chat. Grace may be given for consistently high stone donations as well.
I will no longer give grace on the 96 hour inactivity limit, it will be an automatic kick regardless of recruiting and open spaces in the guild.

This doesn't refer to me does it 0.0 It applies to everyone, you can check the guild level spreadsheet if you lose track of how fast you level though, you are leveling every day or every other day so you would be fine for that standard.
