We've had a lot of membership changes lately, and at this point we have 16 people above 130 which means we can have 4 full parties if we get organized. I would like to see permanent guild parties that people stick to, and get back into quickly after patches, etc.

Sapper

Proposed party 2:
Bankai
Boris
Kaens
Xfxforce

Proposed party 3:
Fghnm
Garry
Alekz
Vilmor

Proposed party 4:
Bindatin
Aeric
Lyve
Kija

Thoughts? Adjustments? Preferences? This is just a starting idea but I do want the 12 who keep shuffling to settle in to parties they can rely on so we can all help each other.

Let's try and either recruit those randoms or kick them and get guildies in those parties.
